Hello, my name is Bel. I work in partnership with Sto:lo Service Agency and provide therapy for members of the Indigenous community. I provide holistic trauma informed care and can help you process your grief, family struggles, issues from childhood, work on communication and overall wellness. I can also support you with referrals to community partners. My services are covered by the FNHA and most extended health plans. If you do not see a time suitable for you here, please connect with me for alternate arrangements. I offer in person therapy at Sto:lo Service Agency as well as video and telephone sessions.

This gentle style is great for patients who do not like needles. Karyn welcomes all patients with any type of condition including women’s health problems such as painful menstruation, fibroids, prenatal and postnatal care as well as acute and chronic pain conditions. Tanya is a graduate of West Coast College of Massage Therapy (2009). In 2015, she completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences degree through Thompson Rivers University.

Tanya enjoys that, with massage therapy and working in a patient-centred approach, she is able to help patients attain their treatment goals and improve their physical well-being within a relaxing environment. As part of her treatment she may utilize Swedish massage, myofascial release, deep tissue, IASTM, gentle joint mobilizations, passive stretching or trigger point release.
